Stuart and Sophie tied the knot at Upwalham Barns on a glorious warm summers day. Upwaltham is a beautiful village nestled in the sussex countryside and the beautifully presented barns are the perfect backdrop for photography. The weather was glorious and we even made use of the just-in-case umbrella to provide from useful shade during some of the bride and groom portraits. The wedding party and all the guests were on top form, enjoying canopies from Nibbles-to-Nosh and soaking up the warm sunshine. Here is a selection of my favourite moments from their special day. xx
What a handsome groom! The green barn door at Upwaltham provide a great backdrop for the groomsmen pre-wedding photos.
Look at the stunning thick lacy details in Sophie's wedding dress..
Pink champagne for all the ladies!
I love Sophie's father proud expression. A moment truly captured on film!
Lots and lots of confetti petals. Love it!
My favourite time of day is the bride and groom portraits. A chance for the bride and groom to take a time out, a chance for them to relax, and a chance for my camera to work overtime capturing as many angles and beautiful moments as possible.
The sussex countryside surrounding Upwaltham Barns is second to none!
And the most beautiful handmade bunting made by Sophie's mother tied from all the barn rafters
